We attended the concert in Macon, GA, and while the performance itself was very good, we are disappointed with the seating arrangement and would like to request a partial refund.

We specifically purchased Zone A tickets, which were $24 more expensive than Zone B, because my wife is not very tall and we wanted to ensure a clear view from the front section. Unfortunately, we were seated in the third row from the back of Zone A, which defeated the purpose of purchasing the higher-priced seats.

Because of this, my wife had to stand up after the second song in order for us to see the stage. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the concert together while seated, which significantly impacted our experience.

Given that we did not receive the seating value that Zone A pricing implies, we believe we are due a refund of the price difference between Zone A and Zone B.
